Buckeye Radon Services was fantastic from start to finish. Our radon level was a 9 when we called for an estimate. Jesse was great and explained everything that we needed to know. Their price was very good even with upgraded plastic. The office staff was outstanding, we were scheduled within the week. They were very professional with reminders and invites for our appointment times. The installation crew was friendly, courteous and quick about installation. Every representative was on time as well. The crew explained everything we needed to know before leaving. Our levels dropped from 9 to 0.2! The air in our basement feels clean and that musty basement smell is gone. Very pleased. I would recommend their services.

Professional and courteous. They were able to work around our schedule. The installation crew did a fantastic job. Our radon levels were in the 7 to 8.6 range having tested myself multiple times over a year. The system lowered the level to 1.2

The owner, Tom, was very personable and able to work with our schedule to do things and meet us. Me and my wife would get home after 6 because of work and he would come by after hours for the tests, inspections, and the initial quote. They also were hundreds of dollars less than what our realtor had said it would be for a system. Overall a very easy process and the quality of work was top tier. Most people say the systems are ugly but the use of high quality material and great installation makes ours just look like part of the house.

Great communication and follow up. Bought a new house with radon just over 4.5. Should have been an easy fix. For multiple reasons including odd drainage tile and a finished basement it took several visits and problem solving to get the job done right. Buckeye Radon Services continued to work with us until we were below 2. Each time they gave us plan "A" for what they were doing now and if that did not work plan "B" for what they would do next. Great service and great follow up.

Buckeye Radon Services installed a mitigation system, requested by the new buyer, on an Upper Arlington flip house of mine. As someone who flips houses and deals with an array of contractors, Tom and his employees (tech. Jesse) are the type of company I prefer to do business with. Their price was very competitive and they met the install date. This specific house presented a huge surprise problem which the owner Tom specifically addressed and took care of, where other contractors may not have. I would recommend using this company, and will use them moving forward.

These guys were so helpful in helping me understand the process and were gracious about scheduling after coming onsite when we realized we needed a plumber first to install battery back-ups. Would definitely recommend them. They cleaned-up everything and the install was so fast.
